With a menu crafted with care, each dish tells a story of tradition and flavor that transports you straight to the heart of the region.

As you step inside, you’re welcomed by the warm ambiance and the inviting aroma of freshly prepared dishes. The highlight of the menu includes the Heavenly Beef, a tender, slow-cooked delight that has left diners raving about its exquisite flavor. Customer reviews speak volumes, with one enthusiastic patron stating it was so good it “lifted up [their] depression.” The secret lies in the meticulous marination of ginger and sesame spices, ensuring every bite is an explosion of taste.

Don't miss the Crispy Belly, which rivals the beloved Lao Sausage for the top spot. Soft, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it provides an essential taste of the traditional Lao culinary art. At just $7.95, this is a must-try for anyone exploring their menu.

The cafe doesn’t stop at savory dishes; it also boasts an impressive drink selection. I highly recommend indulging in the Coco Rose, a refreshing coconut juice intermingled with a hint of rose flavor and bits of coconut. Alternatively, the Viet Coffee offers a sweet, robust kick to energize your meal.

The heartfelt comments from regulars reveal a community of warmth, with many noting the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly manager Kai, who creates a familial vibe that enhances the overall dining experience.

Everything on their menu is delicious but by far my favorites are the pork tapioca, pork belly and the egg rolls. They also have a great selection of drinks and deserts. Will definitely be coming back to try more

Best SE Asian food I’ve had in Sacramento — the coco taro cups were to die for... I got their Phac Basil bowl w/ chicken. The food was fresh and seasoning was 10/10! You can tell it’s family run and everyone is super sweet.

Fantastic experience. Kai is the best restaurant manager I've ever seen and every time I come in we talk about life. The atmosphere is warm and calming. They make each dish carefully. The best Lao food in Sacramento hands down is here. Don't miss out!

First impression on visit and food is 5s. Cocomilk Cafe has ample space for dine in and minimal outdoor seating. Clean establishment, friendly staff and ordering can be done at the counter, at the dining table via QR code or online. Menu consists of the best Lao/Thai street food, desserts & coconut juice, tea and Boba beverages. I ordered the Combo Platter DLISH!! Looks to feed between 6-10 people depending on individuals appetite.

Not bad for a boba place. It's not like your typical quickly or other boba spots. This place actually serves Lao dishes and desserts. We drove all the way to Cocomilk Cafe from Hayward after seeing people post their food and restaurant on TikTok. The service is excellent. The staff are so helpful and attentive. We ordered the Lao Sausages, Khao Piak, Nam Khao, Grilled Beef, Heavenly Beef, Pork Tapioca and Mochi Layers. Everything was very delicious.

Food and drink flavors are always consistent and absolutely delicious. They have a really big drink selection that is tasty and refreshing. I love their grilled pork with sticky rice. The pork is tender, juicy, and flavourful.
